The hotel is not bad. The furniture in the room was old. The fabric of the seat was torn. Cleaning was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Especially the breakfast was above my expectation. I recommend this hotel.

This was a nice property in a good location. We only spent 1 night in mid-September. The room was clean and a good size. The only complaint is the bath tub - very slippery, and not preferable to have a tub as a hotel guest in general, as I believe it can be quite dangerous. Since we were only there 1 night, we did not inquire if there were rooms with stand-up showers instead. But I would recommend asking for one as it's more functional, modern, and safer overall.

Room stated washer/dryer but when asked about it they stated that they only had laundry services and not it room washer/ dryer. This should not be listed on the room if it is no available for this room and is false advertising.

地下鉄の駅から近く、Ansioの国際会議場BECに行くのに便利でした。 部屋にあるコーヒーメーカーも重宝しました。 朝食はその場で焼いてくれるオムレツがとてもおいしかったです。 レストランでの夕食は、マグロのソテーが肉厚で絶品でした。 ジムも最低限の器具が揃っており、運動不足解消に良かったです。

Well Located But Disappointing

Hotel is well situated on the Grand Via. Parking is ample. Service is questionable. Breakfast is way over priced for the quality. The biggest problem, however, is the room. The temperature in Bilbao was warm and the air conditioner was insufficient. Even after requesting, they keep turning off the air conditioner. Every time we leave the room. Given the air conditioner is poor, it never recovers from the buildup of heat. Even after calling the maintenance, they’re just acknowledge that their air conditioner is insufficient for the challenge. The room itself needs maintenance and touchup. The wallpaper is peeling, the baseboard is rotted. The doors are chipped. having stayed at other NH hotels, I am surprised and how poorly this one has been maintained.

Hotel molto comodo per visitare la parte nuova di Bilbao muovendosi a piedi. Parcheggio presso la struttura poco funzionale e caro. L hotel non è di recente costruzione e si nota. Difficile considerarlo un NH Collection se confrontato con altri della stessa definizione. Niente accappatoi né ciabattine di cortesia. Un po’ pochino per un collection. Camera con vista su un angusto cortile interno. Prezzo da NH Collection prestazioni da NH senza niente più.

Waren hier in mei gedurende twee dagen. Konden gelukkig in de garage parkeren. De kamer was helaas gesitueerd aan de drukke weg voor het hotel. Zorgde voor enige geluidsoverlast in de nacht. Ontbijten deden we 200m buiten het hotel in echt Spaans ontbijt safe. Goedkoper en leuker. Kamer was op zich prima voor elkaar. Schoon en netjes. Personeel was ook erg aardig.
