"The Hotel was very good situated in a lively neighborhood with even livelier neighborhoods in walking distance. Near bus and Metro stations. Near supermarket, Café, bars etc. Very good room staff. Room walls are okayish isolated. Detergent in bath smells not good, whole bath smells Like it. They do have shsmpoo etc. though you may want to bring your own Shampoo etc."

"Great staff, excellent location but the bathroom,though new and well kept, was a an issue with the shower. Good pressure but the 1/3 plexiglass screen on the tub did a poor job of containing the water and the result was having to towel the floor."

"Staying at Aliciazzz has been great, right in the historic center, so you can walk around easily everywhere. Metro trains connect you to everywhere else, 20 mins walk along the river and you reach the Guggenheim museum. My room was cery clean and tidy, i had everything i needed. Self check in is very easy and personnel lovely. Recommended. "

"Ubicación 10/10 ideal ara ir andando a todos los puntos emblemáticos. Tema de aparcar difícil, tuvimos suerte al ser fin de semana es gratis aparcar. La muy cómoda, una maravilla. La calle es concurrida, la habitación era interior y se agradecía, no se escucha nada. Modernizaría un poquito los baños."

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"moderner Self-checkIn über einen Automat, der sich auch eine Zeit lang aufgehangen hatte; uns fehlte der besagte Code, der hierfür nicht zugesandt worden ist und ohne telefonische Nachfrage und Hilfe eines Personals wäre dies technisch nicht machbar gewesen - hier wäre eine Person für den CheckIn vor Ort sicherlich hilfreicher und besser gewesen 2 Bäder; beide sehr großzügig von der Größe her hierbei keinerlei Probleme trotz mehrerer Zimmer "
