"Check in was good, car park was busy - it was bank holiday Monday but there is parking on main road. Clean room with bath nice! Bar very good and sat outside in the sunshine ☀️😄
Dinner and breakfast was good as always"

"The owners were very friendly and helpful. Alliw us to accommodate for late check out.
The room was very clean and comfortable bed.
Excellent full english breakfast. Definitely I recomend this place also is affordable. "

"The front desk staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. One side of the bed was firm, however the other side was extremely soft and uncomfortable."

"Property was not up to what was displayed and staff was rude. We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!"

"The Copper Beeches is a 15 minute walk from the South Downs Way. I received a very warm welcome and my stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much. "

"What a lovely stay! It’s so close to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The Regis lodge was warm and cosy with lots of fun snacks provided too. Parking was easy on the forecourt and staff were very communicative. Would definitely recommend. "

"The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"
