"We had a great stay at this hotel. We were visiting Darian Lake and found it not too far of a drive and safe and clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kid (15,13,11). We are returning to Darian Lake at the end of summer and will consider booking here again. There was a young guy at front desk he was very friendly."

"This place was not well maintained and looked very dirty. The rooms were old and not well kept. The pictures on the website are not up-to-date because the place did not look as presented. I do not recommend staying here."

"The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"We went down to breakfast about an hour before it ended and the staff was super kind but they were out of most things. She literally had zero stock to pull from. The hotel was decent for a night. You do have airplane noise in the rooms so I’d recommend ear plugs unless you have a super early flight."

"The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus."

"The property is being renovated, so the pool area was unavailable. Staff was great, the facility and our room was clean. The shower let more water out of the lower faucet than the shower head, but it worked as we were only overnighters. The continental breakfast was okay, looked for some eggs or protein, but breakfast sandwiches were the only source. That said, there were plenty of carb options!"

"The bathtubs were piling off inside et the drain caps were corroded. Walls finishes are coming off. Only one elevator is operational et the second one does NOT even has any Inop sign on it. Very rude young man at the checking lobby. He can even hand you your room key properly. ZERO smile on his face. Will not recommend this place to a friend."

"I wrote a review yesterday about my check in with staff leaving other guests drivers licenses in the desk. The elevators made terrible noises when in motion. My room has stains on the bedding. The door dead bolts were broken. the chairs looked like they were covered in mechanics grease. I figured I was supposed to have a coffee pot since there were coffee singles, but was no where to be found. The shower had previous guests hair on the wall, there wasn't a full toilet paper holder and I didnt...

"The question most want to know is would you stay there again. For us it would be no. We don’t like leaving negative reviews but the rooms need updating. Parking lot and outside are nice. Inside it unfortunately is very old, 24 inch sink, shower surround with mildew. Wall AC unit that was dirty, flooring was old and out of date. Mirror in bathroom was an old medicine cabinet I have not seen since my childhood and too low to see your face. I could see the dirt on top of it. Staff was nice even...

"Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."
