"Staff was not at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes, and got someone from the kitchen to try to find the front desk person. When they came forward they made a comment that "Everyone has to have a break sometime". Very dismissive and rude. Had a ear bud in listening to something on their phone. Very unprofessional. The room was ok, but there was general disrepair around the hotel. "

"My main complaint at this property is that i had to pay $12 to park my car in the parking lot. I was not aware that this property charged the parking fee so i was not happy when we were told we had to pay it. I have never had to pay an amount to park my car in a hotel parking lot where i was staying. This is a deterrent and i do not plan to stay at this property again. There are other hotels in the area that do not charge you to park your car in the parking lot where you are staying."

"I told the front desk I was having surgery that is why I was there for 7 days. They put me on the first floor where the lobby bar is and across the hall from the staff back office. The door opens and slams closed 50 times a day. The staff are also incredibly loud. I had to keep my blackout shade down because people walk by my window which is like a motel. The air conditioner does not work and when on is so loud and then shuts off, restarting with a boom. Worst stay and what a dump. Looks nice online but more like a hostel or motel 6."

"Hotel was adequate for a nights stay as we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. Many restaurants nearby - some walking distance. Had trouble with room keys not working for more than 1-2X. Had coffee and some breakfast items in the morning. Allow pets."
