It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. "This is not a cheap stay, and for the money I expected more. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected for $1100 for 2 nights. The room was average, felt outdated, balcony view of the atrium was nice. Shower drained slow and pooled which I think is so gross. The room had no body wash - I could have brought our own but for just 2 nights I figured it would be easier to just use what they had. "Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!"
