"Check in was a disaster, the Lady was dumb as a rock, kept making mistakes, told me a room would be ready in 30 mins, I waited 2 hrs, then another dumb lady suggested they are not even in communication " not in the loop" when it comes to getting rooms ready. I wont ever be back, period "

"Gorgeous hotel, you get what you pay for…except parking. It baffles me that you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest. No one is walking there, so charging $30 a night for self parking is crazy to me. Anyway, it is a gorgeous hotel, we had an atrium view room which we paid extra for. We had some food from the sports bar, it was decent, nothing to write home about. "

"The only issue was the deadbolt in room 240 did not latch. We did make them aware at check out (it was a 1 night stay & we were prepared in case) that the bolt didn't latch. It is our favorite little hotel as it's in a great location. Not to busy of an area, close to multiple restaurants, right by main event, rooms are always clean, and staff's always been kind each stay!"

"El hotel esta limpio pero huele muy mal. Dicen tener transporte gratuito pero les llamas al telefono y nadie contesta, solo te llevan del hotel al aeropuerto y pague 56 dolares por un taxi porque su telefono no funciona."

"I chose this location of Super 8 because it was convenient to the activities I attended over the weekend. The staff was friendly; the room was clean and comfortable; and the breakfast was adequate. I appreciated all the lighting in the self-parking parking lot. I will choose Super 8 if my travels bring me back to Grapevine, Texas. "

"Breakfast was good Pool area could have been cleaner but weather wasn't the best so understood why"

"Limited choices and not quality.. once ran out of fruit mix, never refilled. Overall good for continental breakfast. "
