"What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room.
