"I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The TV was disappointing. It only had about 10 channels, and 3 of them were Spanish. There was no channel guide. It was hard to put up with. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The personnel was kind and helpful."

"It was clean,but the floor in the room was sticky. The floor of the tub didn't have support under it so it was unstable . Also the toliet was very short so for tall and elderly made it difficult to use."

The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to/from the nearby downtown shops and restaurants. The hotel provides live entertainment at the lakeside bar and cushioned lounge chairs on the beach! The dinner restaurant was delicious. My only complaint would be that the breakfast restaurant lacked a kitchen, They only served coffees/teas, pastries...

"Loved the look and overall feel of the environment. Great amenities, great food, huge parking lot and nice shopping and spa. Seems to fit well for families, couples and a simple retreat. Not very far from the city and golf course was lovely."
