They never come and clean the place, gave us 4 towers for 4 people for the 11 days stayed, the money that that collected was not stated on rental agreement, when asked why they said that their company policy. "We do not recommend staying in this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. They gave us two rooms in different floors even though we booked in advance and specified we wanted adjacent rooms, or at least on the same floor. However, the real reason for our one-star review for this place is the lack of vegetarian/vegan options in their breakfast menu - they don't even have fruits or bread!! The non-availability was not the main problem, the fact that they were RUDE is the issue. Absolutely terrible...
