"We had a lovely stay at Hanoi Splendid. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was ramification day and the streets were very crowded but our room was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful. We walked everywhere. The restaurant next door, Oriana, was surprisingly excellent."

The rooms are spotless and the staff is absolutely outstanding!!! When I got out of a taxi the other day after an adventure one of the staff members came running across the street to carry my bag. "Even though it’s an older building it’s well kept. Housekeeping is expedient and thorough, toothbrush/soaps/etc came in handy, and MIA at the front desk is the best. Banh My Mama is a popular nearby sandwich shop. Mia can phone in your order so you don’t have to wait in the 30 minute line. She also handled my airport transfers and laundry service that were flawless. Location is 10/10."

"Wow! I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is. I work with hotels around the world and get to experience some incredible properties. The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
