"Apartments were very clean, quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Had some issues with the WiFi, which they tried to fix, but it only worked well in certain rooms within the apartment. Otherwise, a great experience. "

"While the staff were indeed nice, the area located at the hotel is not close to the Old Quarter so if you are traveling with kids then it might not be that convenient. There are limited shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is overall clean but it's aging for sure."

"I booked a studio deluxe room for two nights. Clean classic room, great service, nice view from the top bar The breakfast is delicious but not diverse. The design didn't really meet my expectation. I prefer bigger windows and the unique design that's similar to the picture on hotels.com "

"It's not worth a 5 stars rating. Location is not good, have to walk around 1km for food and feeling unsafe at night. The room is big and clean but do not have a working desk, you have to work either on sofa or dinning table. Dust bin was not clear everyday. Amenities provided only 1 time for the whole stays. Breakfast is fine but it's same everyday. The kettle has stain at bottom, so don't dare to boil water for coffee or tea."
