"Très bel établissement. Service très bon de la part d'une partie des membres de l'équipe. D'autres sont moins serviables. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. "

Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. "Les repas étaient très bons et diversifiés. Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. Bien choisir son emplacement car certains logements sont un peu éloignés de la réception et du restaurant. Pensez qu'il y a des escaliers (bagages). Les balcons du 2ème étage ne sont pas cachés, vue sur les autres balcons. "It's a beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Mahon close to all the main sites, the harbour and shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and really beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having freshly cooked breakfast brought to you was a treat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough"
