"Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Juana was awesome with making sure I had what I needed for my room. The rooms are very outdated. If they updated the rooms it would be a really cute hotel. I love the layout. I usually stay for the breakfast but didn’t make it this time. My last few times staying here the breakfast was great. One of the reasons I stay here."

"While it seems that the property is a little older the room was large and clean. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Though the bed was pretty uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back the next day."

"We had a four bed suite it was massive! Two bedrooms each with two queen size beds and a common living area. So clean so comfortable and they had all of these fruit trees growing on the property. Peach trees, humongous avocado, olive, ginkgo, oranges limes Cumquat pomegranates. And we’re pretty sure the fruit that they served us in the morning was the ones that were growing on the trees. "It’s very balanced property. You have everything essential for good price. Swiming pool was clean. Breakfast is good. It‘a hard to find due to the common location with Garden Inn & Suites."

"My only reason for the low stars were 2 reasons! 1.) No pets allowed! Im and animal & pet lover so im absolutely bias! Sorry 2.) No trash cans outside! What's up with that? I'd like to empty the fast food wrappers etc out of my car when I stop to rest from traveling all day but I can't there because there is Not ONE trash can in the parking area! Aside from those 2 issues the place is Great! And somewhat isolated, which i really like!"

"I did not like anything. Shower had black mold, TV did not work, carpets stained and filthy, looked like the ceiling ventilation had an electrical issue as vent was black and melted. My brother’s room initially had someone else’s stuff, including turtles in a tub of water. He was given another room which was worse. Blood splatter on the wall as if a crime scene. "One of the reasons I chose this place was that it had a hot tub listed. Upon arrival the hot tub was not operational. The property was old, the beds were hard and the AC units sounded like jet planes."

"The carpet in our room wasn't very clean, and the shower had pink and black mold that needed cleaning. The floor of the shower was so slippery that I fell in the shower, and luckily my head just missed the lower shelf or it could've been lights out for me. I have never fallen in any shower, so that kind of shook me up. The next day, I told the young gal at the desk that I fell, and she just looked at me blankly, saying NOTHING...I was like, but please don't worry, I'm okay. Asked for a bath...

"Everything amenities worked proper and all advertise items were good. Only issue is had was the damn AC SYSTEM was loud as hell. I had to turn up the temperature so that temperatures could equalize faster and turn off the AC otherwise, it was a great stay. Clean, properly maintained, the neighborhood was good and restaurants were nearby."
