I had to leave my luggage in the car to prevent any cockroaches getting inside. It was very inconvenient. The electrical outlets had no covers. This post a serious hazard."

"To start with we were on the 3rd floor & the elevator was broken, husband is disabled. The towels were so thread bear you couldn’t get dry, the tables in room were all greasy and nasty. The front desk lady said go check it out and then if you don’t want it come down within 10 minutes and they will refund. Took 20-25 minutes to check in and we were in a hurry for a wedding so had to accept the room for the night. TERRIBLE PROPERTY. if I knew who to ask I want refund!!!"

"There was significant construction occurring in the area of the hotel and we had difficulty locating the entrance to the property. The lobby was very clean and inviting. However when we arrived, no one was at the desk and it took several minutes until the clerk arrived and he was non-apologetic. We did not eat breakfast.
