"The property sits in front of a very active train track and intersection. The trains use their horns at intersection, and trains pass every two hours throughout the day and overnight. I left early and was not retunded for the nuisance. Customer service is terrible, Managment was supposed to contact me regarding the matter, however no response. It was clean, however will never stay here again and will not be considering Hamptons for stays in the future."

"The hotel had no water in the second morning of our stay. They should have never booked rooms if they knew they weren’t going to have water. We were unable to shower! "

"The room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was trash everywhere and the bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property."

"This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone."

"Not ideal for solo female travelers. I had arrived late to check in after driving all day and it took the front desk almost an hour to find my reservation. Sketchy people around property and cops driving around so must be a bad area. A sketchy looking man stood outside my door for over an hour on the phone while I was trying to sleep, I felt unsafe. I called the front desk and then they asked him to quiet down, so he went in his room where I continued to hear him yelling over the phone. Paper...

"Property is clean, staff is amazing. However, there are no amenities. For being such a new property, it has the bare bones minimum stuff. There are no sinks inside the bathrooms. They are outside by the kitchenette. It's fine for brushing teeth , but it sucks ass for shaving and trimming your beard. I've had to put the trash can over the toilet by the mirror to trim and shave. Then there's the beds. I booked a double room.
