"The property sits in front of a very active train track and intersection. The trains use their horns at intersection, and trains pass every two hours throughout the day and overnight. I left early and was not retunded for the nuisance. Customer service is terrible, Managment was supposed to contact me regarding the matter, however no response. It was clean, however will never stay here again and will not be considering Hamptons for stays in the future."

Was there for a couple of nights everything seemed well until tried to turn on tv.couldnt get it past what was offered.when I finally called about issues. They checked it out and apparently the TV wasn't set up and programmed, so they gave me another room. Fine with me , but the next night the toilet decided to not work . "Sin duda volvería mucha veces más, el Personal súper amable, la habitación impecable, tiene refri, smart tv puedes poner tu Nextlix, el desayuno súper rico y variedad de opciones, parking gratis, solo no recomiendo lavar y secar en las lavadoras de ahí ya que no secan bien y debes de usar 4 ciclos y aún así salió húmeda así que salió cara la secada. Pero sin duda es de mi opción número 1 en fresno. "

I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property."

"This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone."
