"What “stood” out once I checked in and went to the room. The smell in the room was horrible once I went inside. It smelled like “smelly, stinky” feet, but my husband said the smell was more of “poop” in his opinion. I went back to the front desk to notify them, because there was no way I could stay and sleep in a room with that type of smell. She addressed my concerns, apologized and switched me to a different room. Then the front desk lady, Kim called the room to check if everything was fine...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the place (entrance, hallways, elevator badly needed to be vacuumed and some trash picked up. The lack of an office and the check-in being totally virtual were a first for me and a bit challenging although the woman who did it possibly was working in India and was very patient. "
