"The place is old and needs general maintenance. However, large, Clean room except rug had many stains. Breakfast was the same daily, very good and hot. Staff were welcoming. Air condition loud but got use to it the second night. Location was great. Fast commute to north Charlotte areas. Shops in walking distance."

"Overall room was good, breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful but amenities were awful. Internet was at its lowest speed and it kept disconnecting every 10min and I had to sign into portal multiple times to connect. There was no closet in the room."

"Breakfast and the room were great! The bed was comfortable, and Breakfast had plenty of options. Coffee and tea were available. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned, but that was the only issue. My husband went to buy something from the little store here and had good service."

"Cleanliness was the best part of the stay. I wiped it down with wipes to make sure it’s clean and the wipes were pretty clean. Breakfast was minimal but enough to get by. They had begals, yogurt and waffles but the waffles didn’t even have fun extras for it. No eggs, soft apples. Coffee was actually good! Room smelled very musty and the hallway. I’m assuming this is normal for this part of the state with the humidity. Check in lady was kind and super nice everyone else can use some serious help...

"The check-in staff was not pleasant at all. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and I am not a smoker. The suite looked like it had not been booked in a while. It had not been vacuumed or dusted in a while. It did not have a fresh smell to it at all. Aluminum foil was covering something in the ceiling and the television only had a sound (no picture). I informed the morning clerk an and his reaction was wow! Definitely OVERPRICED!!!! I will never stay there again and definitely will not recommend...

"Room was basic and clean. We were there only one night and it was just what we needed. Breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t count on it being enough if you want more than a bagel. There was no liquid creamer which was odd to me but the dining area was clean."

"The hotel was excatly as pictured, clean and the room was excatly what we need two beds and pull out sofa. Breakfast was hot and very good. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if needed."

"We had a great stay! The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were quiet, and the elevator was always working and never crowded. My only suggestion would be to extend the weekday breakfast hours. Offering breakfast until 11:00 AM instead of 9:00 AM would make the experience even better."
