"The staff was great and the welcome started with the valet. All of the staff provided excellent service. Only in the south are you welcomed with such a great personality. The location is in the middle of the historic district. The room was spacious and perfect. "

"The room wasn’t cleaned automatically for two days and on the third they just dropped towels and emptied trash. Bed was never touched and the policy was no where to be found. I would ask when checking in. The hotel is also currently under construction which isn’t stated clearly at the time of reservation, so there is no lobby. "

"The hotel was clean inside. Outside of the hotel we encountered a homeless man urinating on the sidewalks right after we checked in. I was frightened for our safety because of this. There was no parking on site and we had to pay to park close by. The area we parked in was dark and smelled of urine. "

"Very clean room. Was not expecting a restaurant in the hotel. Although I didn't eat there, the aroma from the kitchen smelled wonderful and there were quite a few diners"

"Hotel doesnt have parking. Website says it does. Well, it doesnt. No valet parking weekends. Elevator was so loud it was hard to sleep at night. "

"The staff was very nice. Wasn't crazy about the room's floor plan. The placement of the desk doesn't make sense. I know it is to divide the room but the pole at the end of the desk cuts off the view of the TV and the placement of the couch is also odd. Other than the floor plan, my stay was good."

"One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have."

"I was hoping to have a microwave inside our room but there wasnt one. And the noise from the street at night makes it very difficult to sleep. "

"Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...
