"Beautiful room. Lovely staff."

"Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...

"My boyfriend and I loved staying here to attend furnace fest and will be back next year hopefully"

"Location was ideal. The Internet service was poor which led me to use my cellphone hotspots to attend business meetings. In addition, communication with some staff members was at time difficult due to language barrier or lack of customer service."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Elyton. It’s located in a great location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop bar is great."

"A well maintained hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The best thing for us is that the hotel is just across the street from the UAB hospital."

"Great staff, clean room, good breakfast. Thanks!"

"The staff was very welcoming and the room was well maintained and fully stocked."

"It was a pretty good stay it is an older property but well maintained"

"The property was beautiful and easy to get to but the room was hot!! Thermostat was on 65 degrees and was too hot to sleep. It didn’t feel like 65 and that was as low as it would go!"

"The bar in the Hotel was terrible and service was poor. Hotel itself was good and rooms were great"

"Gutes Motel für eine Nacht"

"We stayed at The Redmont last December when attending an event at BJCC. The room was subpar, but we loved the location and the bar and restaurant so we decided to give The Redmont another try. This time the room was even worse. The AC register was filthy dusty, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the baseboards in the bathroom were nasty. One of the beds wasn’t lined up with the headboard and the bedskirt wasn’t on properly, exposing the bed frame and hanging dust. I was going to...

"The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. The parking garage in the back was where we parked and it was convenient- the best level to park on is 3B to get into the hotel."

"Nicely furnished, very quiet street. Would recommend"
