"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Ash at reception, who was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. "Great apartment equipped with everything I needed-towels, iron, fridge and cooking equipment. Parking was as advertised a day in the adjacent parking area- you drive up to the shutter and it opens and you then pay up front at the machine. Staff were really helpful and the property was just a very short walk into the centre and 10mins walk to the ICC. Felt safe as a solo female traveller in this area. Hotel is really well sound proofed so no noise overnight."

"The hotel is great. I stayed there in 2018 when it was the Bloc Hotel. It's simple, well designed and the standard rooms are... standard (everything you need), while the studios are a little more luxurious. The staff (both my visit in 2018 and 2026) are amazing. Most recently, Tom was awesome. Customer service done right. It's not hard, but hard to find these days."
