The room was clean and functional regretfully. The air-conditioning was very noisy and clunky, but this was reported at the beginning of the stay.

Hyatt Regency Birmingham
Very impressed with the room, the cleanliness and the facilities. Check in personnel were very friendly and efficient. The bonus of the covered bridge from the hotel to Symphony Hall was very welcome as the weather was pretty awful.

Lovely comfortable bed. Super clean and well maintained room. Richard the manager took great care of us all - fantastic customer service. Only negative is the lifts - not enough lifts for such a big hotel.
