Nestled in the Eastern Sierra, this outdoor paradise offers world-class rock climbing at the Buttermilks and hiking in the nearby Inyo National Forest. Anglers flock to Lake Sabrina for trout fishing, while history buffs explore the Laws Railway Museum's vintage trains and pioneer artefacts.
Great small town with the amenities of a city. Nestled between two mountain ranges, there are nothing but 360 scenic views. Central to more than half of the popular destinations between the Sierra Nevada, White and Inyo Mountains!

Bishop is an amazing town! Best fishing in California. And Schatts Bakery alone is worth the trip.

What a cute little hiccup of a town. I am here for birding and drove from Las Vegas. We had a good day taking photos near the creek and had some lunch at Schats Deli which was very delicious. Perfect stay except for noisy people next to me.

Bishop is a beautiful community in the Easter Sierra's and the surrounding Sierra's and White Mountains are fantastic. We had a slight auto problem and J S Auto were fantastic and gave a quote and the final price was much lower.
