"We stayed 3 nights in a bleak February. The weather was bad, but the room was warm and cosy. The dining hall was shut, but a continental breakfast was laid out on the landing and a small table and chairs provided in the room. Cooked breakfast was available for a small extra fee, but we didn't feel we needed one. "Broadway in the Cotswolds was beautiful, we had a lovely stay at the lodge. The coffee, tea, cookies and milk were a very nice touch. We had an issue with the hot plate and the staff went above and beyond having our breakfast cooked at the restaurant below. Hopefully one day we will be back! Cheers"

"Room not the cleanest, false fingernail and tissue left by the side of the bed and thick dust on the top of the oak beam. Breakfast was excellent but the table was very sticky. Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room"
