I asked the front desk for a new hair dryer because mine did not work, but no one ever came to replace it. No one came to open the safe door either, which I also requested from the Indian guy at the front desk. He reluctantly took my requests with hesitation. Very poor service!! No daily maid service!!! I would never come back to Quality Inn ever again!!!"
