"Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially a maintenance issue - hopefully this is not a problem with all their doors. But nevertheless the staff should be advised that they need to ensure doors are locked when they are done. Despite many positives we will not be staying there in the future due to this issue."

"Hotel was clean. The carpet was bubbled on the 3rd floor next th the elevator. It also sounded like a fog horn everytime we flushed the toilet."

"A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they said they would be right up, and proceeded to bring hair conditioner. "Come on Man" The decaf coffee container looked broken, so no decaf coffee. The breakfast was okay! It's a good thing I didn't pay a lot for our stay! I would not recommend this place!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. Very beautiful and clean inside and out My concern was. I removed the placard from my door handle so housekeeping can clean my room. I left the hotel around 12:30 Sat afternoon and returned around 6pm Sun afternoon I left out around 3pm, returned around 5. Housekeeping was diagnosed across the hall as I was leaving. . It wasn't a big issue I had 3 sets of towels, so I was straight. All in all the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wanted to sleep in Saturday and Sunday. I did eat breakfast this morning.. FYI... there were kids running in the hallway Sunday morning But that's it... thank you"
