"Hotel not on the level of the brand. Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Creek and it is a 1,000% better. The reason I’ve chosen that location was the distance from universal studios and my previous stay in Coconut Creek. Breakfast is bad, accommodations are bad compared to the other place with the same brand. Wouldn’t return."

"I had a great stay overall at Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive while visiting Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure. Great location. The biggest issue I experienced was before I arrived. When I called to request a late check-in, I reached a call center instead of the hotel directly, and unfortunately my request was never relayed to the hotel. Thankfully, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, so everything was resolved without much...

", my only complaint had to do with complementary breakfast... during breakfast. Ran out of items and had to wait while for staff to refill or replenish a lot of items."

"the front desk receptionist Damion was professional and very helpful. He went the extra mile to assist us to get a meal from the dining room which was about to be closed. The hotel was clean and well laid out. The buffet breakfast was well worth the value."

"The only thing I didn't like was no microwave. I was in in a regular room. For 2 people that's plenty big. My room was close to Uber pick which was great since we were in Orlando for my son's volleyball tournament at the convention center. The last day we did Universal Studios Islands of adventure. The bus shuttle wait time between pick up only a few minutes between shuttles."

"The hotel was excellent, despite heavy road work being done. The hotel offered free breakfast and drinks from 5 - 7. The staff is excellent and the little convenient food pantry area was stocked very well. Hotel is located very close to Universal and I-Drive in Orlando. I totally enjoyed the stay."
