"Nice staff, clean rooms. A bit outdated. TV was older so could not access streaming networks on it. Pillows were actually great. Bed was decently comfortable. Mini fridge kept drinks very cold which was great. Nothing super special but definitely a solid good stay."

"STAY AWAY!! The moment I walked into the room, I could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The air smelled stale and dirty, but after a long drive and an exhausting night, I tried to stay hopeful that it would be decent enough for one night - not to mention I'd also had a young kitten that was in distress! Unfortunately, that hope disappeared almost immediately when I saw German cockroaches running across the walls and floor. It was disgusting. There were also signs of other guests’ waste...

"The property itself was nice and it smelled pleasant, BUT once I got to my room it had a smell of mildew. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and my sliding closet door did open at all. The room itself was outdated. The pool was ok. When I arrived to the front desk I was told check in was at four but in website it said three. All in all my stay was ok but I won’t be back"

"The property is in dire need of an update. The only elevator in the building was unreliable and got stuck between floors on one occasion. The room itself was probably kept as clean as it could be considering how old and tired everything was. The mattress on the pullout sofa needs to be disposed of ASAP. The ventilation in the bathroom needs an upgrade as well. The vanity was falling apart due to the buildup of steam and moisture in the room. As for positives, the staff was extremely nice...

"I booked the connected room for my daughter and myself and it worked out perfectly. Both rooms were super clean and they were connected by an adjoining bathroom. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is pretty good, its near Icon Park you can walk from the hotel to the Icon park. Some things they can improve on is the facilities, like the lights and plugs. Most of it is not working. We have stayed here 2nd time and still had the same issues. For the entire room 2 lights are not working most plugs are not working it only have 4 plugs working which is also not near the night stand. "

"The property was dirty, your bathroom will run down and dirty, one of my rooms smelled to cigarettes, When you walk by the hallways on some of the rooms, you could smell marijuana."

"The room on the 4th floor (416)was terrible the ceiling was pealing, there were ants in my bed! Mold all over the room. I had no fridge! The floor was dirty. The bathroom was nasty. The bed skirt was so dirty.the smell of weed was bad! I didn’t sleep well at all! This room needs to be updated!!!! We had two rooms my friend stayed on the 3rd floor and his room was okay! Very outdated but clean. "
