Lantern Lodge - formerly The Residences at Biltmore
The property was fine. The Azalea restaurant was closed which was disappointing. The main problem is the big nearby hospital. Sirens were going every hour day and night. Not the staff's fault, but bring a noise machine if this sort of thing disturbs your sleep.

Our first room was near the elevator and was noisy. I asked for a different room and was immediately given a room down the hall that was perfect. Wonderful staff was happy to accommodate us.

Your hotel is lovely however your housekeeping department is abysmal at best. My room was never really serviced - counters/sink never washed, toilet paper removed from bathroom, desk top not ever cleaned! Sheets in a 5 night stay - never changed!
