"Concierge lady had no idea what parking options were. Suggested we do street parking then said never mind it’s only 2 hrs. We arrived and she never confirmed the location just responded “I hope so” to us saying “I hope we’re in the right spot.” She did nothing to help either of us. Esp my mother with her bags, which wouldn’t be an issue, but she said it was her job prior. No front desk staff available upon check-in for a while. Housekeeping always left items behind. Other than that great food!"

"Unfortunately we only stayed here for one night in the middle of a roadtrip, because this property (and the room especially) is AWESOME! We were traveling for four small children, and the two bedroom unit was SO nice. Plenty of space, kitchen was large and well stocked, two spacious bathrooms, lots of room to spread out....everything we needed and more. We found the staff extramely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and it was a quick trip to downtown Asheville. We didn't take advantage of the spa or the gym. I'd recommend this property and definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Ashville in the future. "

"Your hotel is lovely however your housekeeping department is abysmal at best. My room was never really serviced - counters/sink never washed, toilet paper removed from bathroom, desk top not ever cleaned! Sheets in a 5 night stay - never changed! Toilet/shower area smelled like urine! I spoke with Dexter Hazel regarding my room never being serviced at all on 4/5/26 requiring me at 9:30pm to request towels, washcloths, cups/creamers! Your hotel may be a boutique hotel but it’s still not Howard Johnson’s nor are your prices! I would never recommend your hotel to anyone! "

"The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay indoors. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe. I noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby, and a few appeared to be under the influence of substances, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially during evening hours. "
