"We stayed at chadstone hotel for my husband’s 40th. The hotel is so nice, very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! The pool is cool, kid friendly. The only thing we found annoying was you couldn’t buy any breakfast besides the buffet. Having a 7 year old, we just wanted to buy coffees and a muffin or banana bread. We could get coffees, just would have been great if they had a small choice of muffins etc you could buy. Nothing else to fault this place, I’d like to stay there again."

"Shower was very slippery and the sliding door had no handle and there was an odor. The stay was fine for one night and it had everything you needed"

"A picture is worth a thousand words, the surrounds looked unkempt and tired, the representative wore a puffer jacket and no name badge and was never in reception when needed, always on toilet, apparently giving out a extra cup is not his problem or in his position description, the room served it’s purpose for the price."

"Apartment on the 13th floor was really clean,only complaint was there are no exhaust fans in either bathroom.The smell in the corridor as you get out of the lift and walk down to the room,was revolting.We went down to the 4th floor and got out of the lift,it didnt have the same horrible smell."
