Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps "

"We had a really comfortable stay here. The recently renovated section we were in felt fresh, modern, and well put together. It made a difference straight away. What stood out most was how well it works for families. The two-bedroom unit with a small kitchenette was ideal, and the pullout couch meant everyone had their own space without feeling cramped.
