"First, the pictures posted online were of a different motel. There was no phone or trashcan, plus we had to use the ice machine at the hotel next door. The one on site was broken down and molded. It looked like someone got stabbed or worse in the room itself, the floor was covered in blood stains. Big ones. There was no hot water, the towels were dirty and they left cleaning rags for wash clothes. No WiFi, television didn’t work. Every room had at least one boarded up window. As for the positive, theAir conditioning worked great. "

"Hotel was in a terrible location but my husband decided to give it a chance. He checked in and went up to the room only to check the mattress and discover bed bugs. He asked to cancel the reservation and get a full refund. We are still waiting on the refund. Fingers crossed they fulfil their promise."

"Thin blankets on each bed plus we were supposed to have 2 queen beds and we had 2 full uncomfortable beds instead. Thin towels that were too small. No refrigerator but had a microwave. The breakfast was ok nothing fancy. Not a lot of choices for breakfast too. We won’t be staying there ever again."

"The place is filthy. From the check in office to the rooms them selves. The sheets and pillow cases were stains and dirty looking. We asked the front desk to have the maids clean our room and change the bedding. All they did was remake the beds on top of the dirty sheets and pillow cases. They never changed them for four days. We asked for extra towels and they brought two hand towels. Yep had to dry off with hand towels. If you have young children dont go here. There were drug deals and prostitution on the property. 0/10 rating."

"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning but went down at 9:00am 2nd day & there was nothing available in the warmers. Mentioned it to the front desk and was told they’d check into it. Went & loaded my car coming back in 10-15 minutes & still nothing. Bed was terribly uncomfortable - had king bed & sunk on outer areas. I paid $500 for 2-nights and would love to have some type of refund for all the negative happenings on this property!! I am 99% sure that I will not stay at this location again. "
