"Did not actually stay here but transferred to property across the road. Room key did not work. T.V. and WIFI did not work , no hot water in shared shower, however although advertised as private bathroom. Tea making facilities advertised but no milk, no plug in sink, not able to close window. Seemed to be largely used as a DHSS type accommodation property - less than budget hotel and left after mutual agreement the following morning after evening arrival. Should not be advertised as holiday...

"When we arrived we were greeted by a young man after ringing the doorbell, he took us through to the bar lounge, and read us a load of rules about the place, then he asked us if we used deodorant which a strange thing to ask then said don't spray in the bedroom because of the smoke alarm. The room we were given was supposed to have been a double more like a single with a double bed in it. "Victoria and Expedia.co.uk are the worst company to deal with
I never lodged, I got to the hotel 21:53 which check in time was till 10pm
I booked the hotel past 9pm
I want my refund
You lot take money off people that work hard for their money,
These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had
I want my money back and compensation for the stress I went through😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
