"Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere."

"We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."

"I booked a Premier room with sea view. About 6 weeks ago. They phoned me on the day of my stay saying that Expedia had made a mistake and they had to relocate my stay to a different hotel with a bog standerd room with a lovely room (not) facing the car park but theres only one thing i didn't book threw Expedia ..they ripped us off ..."

"When I arrived I had been informed that I actually booked two rooms when I pointed out that I only needed 1 I suggested if we could sell it on could it be a problem she didnt help one little bit she insisted I must pay for two I then asked could I pay for it using a credit card and she said I only take cash and it must be paid up front so I was shafted before my stay had started I felt like telling her to stick it where the sun doesnt shine would not stay here again "

"We had room 20 it was clean cosy and had a working tv and remote . There was plenty of coffee tea and milk. Bed was comfy and we were given fresh towels . Shower was nice and hot . Absolutely brilliant for a budget hotel . I would stay again . "
