"This was my first time in London and at this hotel. Its in a great location and walkable to some of the attractions. Its a big hotel and has sister properties next to it. I had breakfast one day at the Taj and it was good. The room service meal I ordered one night was okay, but not the best. I loved my room and it was pretty spacious and clean. The bed was also comfortable."

"The location and price are optimal. However, what people don't realize that it is a very large hotel and holds many people. The hotel is a tad outdated and needs some repair. 2 of 4 lifts did not work, and the shower water was luke warm at best. The staff was quick and efficient in response. Breakfast bar was good but Varsity restaurant was just a fast food restaurant/bar combo."
