"The two suites were clean and spacious, especially room 207 was very spacious. The hotel is very funky and colourful. The breakfast was nice but didn’t get the whole full breakfast as items had ran out. We received complimentary drinks at the bar as it was my daughter’s 18th. The only negative thing I would say is the room bar items should be free for guests who are staying in the suites as the rooms are expensive. The only complimentary item was the bottled water."
"Just a stop over route to London, but a good choice to stay for a few days. The rooms are adequate size and the bathroom was well laid out. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and dishes were replenished efficiently. The staff were polite, personable and helpful. I’d come back and stay again. Good location for shopping, business and steps from the train station."
"The property was beautiful and our room was so nice. We had a Family room which gave us two double beds (very cozy) and a large area of space in the room. Very clean.
The restaurant had delicious food, Very accommodating for vegetarians and vegans. The breakfast was very nice. Not a lot of selection for veg or vegan but some choices.
The staff was amazing everywhere. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!"
"Excellent staff, from front desk to cleaners and a good central/train station location. A bit of TLC on the bedrooms would be appreciated, as it left me thinking “you get what you pay for, “not an excellent all round hotel”.
Security is not perfect, as once in the building, no lift or access to rooms restrictions. Even some budget chains have the basics.
Would book again but only if other similar hotels weren’t available"
