"The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to. The lobby was very nice but the room could use a lot of updates! It was like walking into a 70s movie set. The elevator was not operational and there were stains all over the carpet and furniture. And the smell of mold was atrocious. Luckily, we got there late at night and left early in the morning."

Dishwasher pots pans oh my impressive I didn’t wanna leave. I guess I’ll just spoil rotten. All Service was great. Even the cleaning ladies were nice and so pleasant. "I book the Ramada Ontario hotel on May 20, 2026 at noon. I checked in at 11 pm from a long drive from Northern California. Turns out that my room was not cleaned when arrived, the bed was not made, still from previous customers, and towels all over the floor, and food was still left over on table. I went downstairs to the front desk and complained. But they did not change my room or call a housekeeper. Instead they give me a bed sheet and a pillow case and tell me to changed it myself!! Horrible...
