But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. "Clean room, friendly staff, and everything worked. Basic accommodations, good location, and reasonable price."

"Got a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Most of the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher from previous guest. The amount of light switches were overwhelming and made little sense. There was a group of some sort in house and they had closed off public seating for them in the lobby so no where to really hang out downstairs. Guests smoking in pool was a big turn off, ended up not swimming since toddler is sensitive to smoke."
