"Hotel was clean, all staff was helpful with the exception of the overnight desk worker. I felt safe at the hotel but the surrounding area had some homeless people around. I would stay here again."

"Got a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Most of the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher from previous guest. The amount of light switches were overwhelming and made little sense. There was a group of some sort in house and they had closed off public seating for them in the lobby so no where to really hang out downstairs. Guests smoking in pool was a big turn off, ended up not swimming since toddler is sensitive to smoke."

"The gentleman who checked me in (close to midnight) was wonderful. We were exhausted from a delayed flight, and he made things so easy. We had a good experience overnight. When we went to shower ADA shower bench did not go up, and the toilet didn’t want to flush until we tried multiple times. When we went to breakfast the gentleman was just reading his newspaper instead of tending to the guests food. "Management was rude right off the bat when we got our room. My grandchildren came to visit and we were not allowed to use the pool. Padlocked!!! No one used the pool the whole time we were there. The breakfast they offered was not much at all. Waffle batter and syrup, scrambled eggs, toast. Some cold cereal. If you didn’t get down early enough, eggs and stuff was gone because not enough was put out. And because we didn’t want anyone in our rooms we didn’t want maid service, needed clean towel's...

"Great value for the price! Any comments would be arbitrary, yet perhaps helpful for management. Beds and bedding were satisfactory (considering price!). Room for improvement. Bathroom soaps and shampoos were fabulous! Only one complaint - a coffee pot would have been enjoyed in the room. For many, lounging in a hotel room with a cup of coffee is the best way to begin a day. Instead, you have to get dressed and head to the lobby for coffee. Again, just a suggestion!"

"The rooms reeked of pee and animals. You could see the pee stains that were cleaned up! There was a wad of hair that fell from the shower when we turned it on. I used Clorox to clean the shower due to the mold. That still wasn’t suitable even after scrubbing. The kitchen was the clean and the fridge was clean but THATS IT! No family should have to deal with this."
