"A hidden gem hidden in a dark sketchy place. However, once you get there, the lady at the front made me trust people again. She was so nice and helpful, spoke english, and offered advice on what not to do. It was a beautiful room and spacious. The breakfast was amazing! I would love to stay here again, should i return! "Just checked out today! Mercure Koln West Hotel exceeded my expectations. Front office staff had been precise and helpful arranging room on my request. Room and toilet are clean. Although bedsheet not change but can understand on reducing waste. On breakfast, nice cosy embience and F&B staff are hardworking and friendly. Food are great! Pls keep improving creative improvement to rooms, front office and F&B. "
