"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent location, but terrible service. The reception staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming, showing no respect or courtesy toward guests. No drinking water, no kettle, no basic bathroom amenities, and no luggage assistance. Extremely disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend it."

"Een heel mooi familie hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

"Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal"

"Close the city center, walkable distance"

"All good! Nothing bad to say about this place, close to the main station, easy to get to the place I had to be!"

"Property was in a very central location and within metres of main train station. Room was large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar was well stocked and adequately priced and the provision of the small grocery store in reception was an added bonus. Although property is next to the main train lines in and out of Dusseldorf, there was absolutely no noise at all from the outside. Beds were very comfortable and shower was a good standard."

"The only thing that could be better is colder air conditions when we sleep at night. Other than that that, it was perfect!"

"Nettes Personal, sauberes Hotel.

"The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Parking is available in the garage below the hotel."
