"Staff at reception very friendly and informative. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and although we didn't take part it looked like there was lots of activities going on (this didn't disturb us) Our lodge was bigger than expected and clean Lots of cutlery and plates to use and a filter coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The property is easy to get to and a good base for exploring the area. "

"Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"We had a fantastic stay in Lancaster at this apartment, we booked the room at the top of the house with a huge comfy bed and downstairs a kitchen, bathroom and seating area. "Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. "There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. "Great place to stay locally, shame the sound proofing isn’t better as you can practically hear everything that happens in other apartments but other than that it was perfect.
