We stayed for a week and use this hotel as a base to explore Ireland. The staff were warm and welcoming , and the early check- in was a bonus after a long flight. The hotel's amenities, including a gym, laundry, facilities , and a Restaurant were excellent. The ambiance was lovely , with a pleasant scent and exceptional service. We had an issue with the room,a weird configuration where it was slanted at one corner making it feel cramped. The hotel was responsive to our concerns and handled things in a very professional manner. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the decor was modern. "
