"From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. From little touches in the room, to the customer service was excellent. We stayed in the family room (bunk bed) and our kids loved it, it was like having separate rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and was susprised how spacious it was. "The look and the feel of the hotel was fab and the staff were really friendly. Underground and tram stops close by. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing and such a nice way to chill after long day sightseeing. The only problem was the understaffing of the roof top bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for our drinks and then they only brought the cocktails and not the cup of tea so we left. The staff were really apologetic but they were just so understaffed ☹️ Because of this we didn’t go...
