"Location was excellent, central. We were here for five days, and found the walk to the train station easy. The security was excellent, upmarket, and instructions easy to follow. We also liked the modernity of fittings and especially the shower. Air conditioning excellent."

Ook het glutenvrije ontbijt was goed en netjes apart verzorgt. Het is wat gehorig, maar daar waren oordopjes voor neergelegd."

"This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done."

"This is an excellent hotel for attending shows at the Johan Cruiff Arena, which is just 10 minutes walk. It's a 30 minute direct bus ride from the airport, and getting into the city centre is easy on the Metro. Hotel itself is very clean - rooms are well appointed with a comfortable bed, an excellent shower and very fast wifi, and I slept extremely well. Breakfast was very good (except for the usual awful hotel toaster which barely warms the bread!) and every member of staff I met was very...

"Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt im Hotel Levell, unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bad war schön modern. Wir haben den Self Check in genutzt, was sehr praktisch war. Und dennoch war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt."

"They didn’t have irons / ironing boards in the room. When I asked they said they had one in a dusty closet on the fifth floor chained to a radiator. That’s where I ironed my shirt and slacks for a business conference. Absurd."

"Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful. Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins. "
