"The hotel was very clean however the fridge was not working well and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. It seemed there was only one person at front desk for help. We had to go downstairs to get soap as no one answered the phone."

"we arrived at 4:35 PM, our room was still not ready, even though check-in is at 3:00 PM. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, but nobody ever did. We had to return to the front desk ourselves to get our keys, and no apology was offered. In addition, the staff was not aware that I had received a refund for a one-night cancellation, and they still had my reservation listed as three nights instead of two. "Old property showing its age. My “suite” had water damaged walls in the bathroom and dirty carpet. Payed more for a suite, which had nothing extra except a fold up loveseat jammed into a corner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had heated food, which was okay. Bed was comfortable but just a couple of feet from the HVAC unit, which interfered with my sleep. I would seek an alternative if I were staying in the area again."

The second room that we were placed in smelled better; however the iron was not working, the bathroom trashcan was completely cracked along one side; there was a water drain in middle of the bathroom floor that was not leveled causing your foot to slightly go down if you mistakenly walked on it.
