"Was told no elevator to second floor room. No accommodation for ADA with two beds. Had to carefully climb stairs to get to room. Gal at front desk didn't care & before she checked us in she just stood there & finally said do you want to check elsewhere. We had family emergency & was super tired. We told her no. Got to room, bathroom was probably the cleanest. Beds made. But tables & counter tops should have been wiped down better. To turn on the lamp you had to get on the floor & plug it in. No...
