"Gross rude"

"Con: Room was so tight on space, said it was remodeled but rusty electrical plug boxes, cracked sink, etc No ice machine - have to request ice from the desk and they give it out sparingly in a pre- made bag. The office closes at 10 pm and after that you can't get anything. There was jumping/thumping in room above which I mentioned to the office. It continued. "Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke.
